I don't find my commercial inertia puller to be a pain to use, but I haven't had to pull more than a couple dozen rounds. That unintentional ignition with the shell holder could have been bad. It only occurred to me for those who use shell holders to save time and hassle: Lee case trimmer shell holders. The spindle base threads into these holders, with a uniform flat face against the case head... Just a suggestion that will eliminate the case shifting problem that resulted in the ignition, adding a bit of time in that the holder must be threaded... but if the collet is that much of a nuissance...
