The DKX Level III Rifle Plate provides Level III Certified NIJ 0101.06 compliant hard plate protection measuring 10 in. x 12 in. while weighing only 2.9 lb. Made of a proprietary blend of ballistic materials that provides the most innovative ballistic technology available and comes with a 7-year warranty. The plate is extremely lightweight and is buoyant (floats) yet it is also ruggedized so that it is drop resistant and does not require x-ray examination if dropped like some ceramic plates. Provides First Responders with a stand-alone Level III hard armor plate for situations calling for a higher threat level protection. Designed to easily fit into the Rescue Task Force Vest Kit.
