Got an e-mail from DLASK saying they're producing 10/22 barrels (.920) in 12", 16" and 20".

Dlask 10 / 22® .920 .22LR 20",16" and 12" Target Barrelw/ Straight BlueDlask barrels are made from quality barrel steel and are precision reamed, button rifled and air gauged. The 22 Long Rifle barrels feature a Bentz Match Chamber style and target-style

Are these new, or am I just showing up to the party? Anyone tried them yet? Comments on form, fit and function?

you didn't have to wait for joe to email you. somebody had already answered your question on the first page of the thread :D

i have fired some of the prototype barrels on Lector's rifles and all they shoot very nice. like always with the 10-22 , you have to find the ammo it likes. The ones i fired liked american eagle , winchester expert . one in particular liked federal bulk. ymmv

I don't have many pictures handy now.

There are 3 lenghts: 12", 16" and 20".
The 12" is non-fluted,
20" is fluted,
16" has versions of both fluted and non-fluted.

As I said, all barrels have threads at the muzzle,
and I believe the next batch will have a thread protector.

The fluted barrels have 5 square flutes (and of course, 5 ribs).
When the barrel is assembled on the gun,
one channel is always on top (right under the scope)
and one rib is always at the bottom.

On most of the stocks, one flute channel stays
right above each lip of the barrel channel of the stock and parallel with it,
like this
