Dlask 12.5" barrel and Archangel stock question.

I would like to know if a Dlask 12.5" Barrel fitted to a 10-22 in a Archangel stock has the legal overall length?

Which Archangel stock? There are a few different ones, with different lengths overall, folding vs. non-folding, etc.

In the Marauder (folding) stock, no it wouldn't be legal. With the standard Ruger 18 1/2" barrel, my folded Marauder is only about 1" over the minimum overall length of 26".

You'd probably be okay if you pinned the stock permanently so it doesn't fold any more, though. I figure that would get you an overall length of around 29".

I can't speak to the length of the other Archangel stocks...

Yeah, im in the same boat.... I'm changing my stock to a (non folding) AR tube type stock to make sure its all legit. I really don't care for the folding option at all!
