Dlask 12.5'' ???

Got it. Pics to follow.

This is a really well made barrel lads. Nice and thick with the markings 1/2 mm deep or so.

The bead isn't a bead- it's a fat black blade. Barrel looks kick ass.

I ordered a 12.5" and they sent a 14"!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Snap!!! :mad: I already have a 14!!! They better have some 12.5's left or I'm gonna lose it, I waited since that first run ages ago for one.
 
got mine

I got mine this evening and damn it is way nice. It was worth the one year wait let me tell you. My thanks to Dlask, now the zombies don't stand a chance. Wasn't expecting the blade front sight, but I am very pleased with it as I don't care much for the regular bead. Finish and care in manufacture really make the Rem and 'Rinco stuff look like garbage. If I can scrounge up some more cash I'll get another. Later, Peter.

At that price ($299), definitely just the barrel.

Damn, I am tempted to pick one up myself (10 minute drive for me). Must fight the urge....

Maybe you did get what Dlask calls 12.5" long.

Doesn't the barrel in "spi's" photo above appear longer than 12.5"? Looks to me more like 13.5" long.
Even if it is a bit longer, it does look like a nice barrel for sure.

A 12.5" barrel should be just about flush with the end of the magazine cap.

Barrel length is measured from the bolt face to the muzzle. Maybe "spi" can measure his barrel
for us and let us know exactly what the number is?

According to this statement, it depends on what English school the judge went to ... and maybe if he/she got laid the morning judgement is passed on you. :D
