Dlask 6.5" (Post#89 for Review and Pics)

I have seen some accessory rails that are 45 degrees would that help? you could mount it on the bottem and then the vertical grip would be down and at a 45 degree angle.

I cant wait to see what the non mag version looks like and costs I been wanting a 8.5 for a long time but this is much better

He has the 45 deg. on there that's why he posted about it binding the action....

[QUOTE If a minuscule Forward Assembly that didn't flex at all could be made, all problems would be solved. Unfortunately, that'd require some serious design and equipment.[/QUOTE]

The design shouldn't be an issue, only the material. You would need something that will not flex. is it possible to use a barrel band of some type maybe to minimize the flex?

no... he has it straight down vertical and he tried it horizontal I am talking about something totally different.

If you install one of these on the bottem mount and then attach the handle it will then be down and at 45 degrees from vertical which may eliminate the binding he was talking about from having it horizontal

Can you show a pic of your hands on the gun like you are about to shoot it. I think the pictures make the gun look bigger than it is and i'm having trouble seeing the conflict with the pistol grip to mag distance.
Thanks. (If you can.)

Mike

Awesome pics.

The Grizzly Mag-Fed shotguns form Canada Ammo are only available in the 15" barreled variant (with 12.5" version "maybe" coming?)

Don't forget the 18":D

Try chamfering the bottom of the of the barrel, I did it too mine and it had no problem chambering 3" slugs with no hand ups.

Sweet, good job G37! I'd also like to see some pics with the action open to show how close the pistol grip comes to the mag. I think there are some real possibilities here for an 8.5" version as Canam has already alluded to.

Between this and the coach gun in 09, ya'll are giving me shotgun fever!
