So every round ever fired on the wing and or every skeet/trap/sporting clay shot has been a total act of negligence??

Exactly....If the pics included a highway in the line of fire, sure, it might be prudent to point that out.

But just like this, I have been accused of an "improper" backstop, when I posted pics of my gong.

From shooing position, the gong had a rock bluff as backstop, but from close up pic I took, it appeared as if I was shooting into the 'way beyond"

So unless we know , we should #### the fukk up about judging others:p

Well, since they don't officially exist and you shot in self defense, you should be fine. When they do land try to figure out if its friend or foe before you shot at it, they may have better firepower than we do.
 
a) 2 first pic are the only way you can visit us, the elusive cessna 125 (CF-//G) lolll
b) 3rd one, is my personal touch for communication, security or emergency, it's a VHF repeater on top of a hill, about 1600feet high, we cover around 50km with portable VHF radio, blue cooler is the repeater KIT and red one (2 of them) are marines batteries and solar pannel to recharge the complete systeme, 18 feet VHF/UHF repeater antennas is on top of the three, where the cooler are tied, this spring, a bear bite the red cooler, you can see it lolll
c) few portage and our hunting spot, we have about 9 lakes we can access, and 17 canoes all around so to jump from 1 lake to a other, you don't need co carry the canoe everytime
