Just wondering if anyone owns one of these and if so how they like it? Does it come with ghost ring sights, how accurate is it (slug, buck shot)?

They are expensive. Most people opt for the 8.5 that Canada Ammo sells for $399. I currently have a wingmaster frame getting modified to take an 8.5 Dlask barrel. but won't be getting it for another month

the picture and description on their website does not show ghost ring sights

I really truly want to know what people are asking when they want to know about accuracy with buckshot. Can you explain what you mean by accuracy as it applies to buckshot?

I'm sure slug accuracy will be similar to any other smooth bore cylinder choke but at lower velocity. Slugs accuracy varies from gun to gun and brand/type of slug

Accuracy with buckshot would be how tight it groups at various distances. I have other shotguns with the same chokes and some group tighter than others.

Accuracy and patterns are two different things entirely.

it will pattern differently depending on whether or not you keep it cylinder or run a choke in it. So you can decide if you want it to be 'accurate' or not with buckshot. Dlask offers both versions, or will thread one of their barrels before you buy it. If a choke is important to you, the Dlask version is probably a better choice than teh chinese version. The Dlask barrels are very heavy profile and can be threaded for chokes no problem. Some of the chinese barrels are too thin to be threaded. Some gunsmiths will do them, and others ay not to as wall thickness is too thin. Some chinese barrels also arrive out of round which might be why some can threaded and some not.

Well I picked up the Dlask and all I can say is wow. Super nice gun, great finish and fitting, zero issues with feeding. Holds 3+1. Groups are as good as my other open shotgun and slugs are easy to shoot.

The big difference is he has a modified choke on his guns meaning they shot doesn't open up as much as a 8.5 grizzly will. He also made them as short as 6.5 inchs as well. Between Grizzly and Dlask shothgun the Dlask is much nicer but it depends on what you want china parts or USA parts.

IF you want a really short shotgun and don't plan on only shooting slugs go with a choked barrel big difference in shot pattern.

Did some more shooting, I think I might send it back to get ghost ring sights put on. Sounds like the ghost ring sights are tritium so they will be good at night as well.

I love my 8.5" dlask 870. I also have a wingmaster with a 12.5" dlask barrel. Both are 1000 x better than any made in china shotgun.

I just bought Dlask 870 a couple of weeks ago (12.5" ). Have only put 25 rds of 71/2 , 5 rds of oobuck and 5 slugs ( they kick like a mule )!
So far so good!

I am interested in Dlask 870 with 8.5" barrel.
How does it shoot? Does the recoil manageable? Just wonder if was choked by Dlask?
I am sure this bad boy will kick hard.

I have a benelli M4 18.5" and it shoot like butter. Very soft recoil and love the gas operating system.

I have one with an 8.5 and a dlask breacher / brake. Beer can accurate out to 50 yards with a Burris fast fire. 6' spread with buck shot at 25. And that is feet!!! Not inches!!!!

The ball of flame from that break is awesome!!!!!

Awesome guns.

I'm assuming that Dlask starts with an 870 Express receiver? I wonder how they rid it of the "Express" markings (Wilson Combat does this, too). Do they polish the internals up, replace any parts, or?

Mine still says Express on it, and the internal parts look stock to me.

With a Hogue short LOP stock and a sling plate(not shown), its bang on 27"
