Just wondering what everyone's opinion of Dlask arms is? I have emailed and sent Facebook messages asking about KIDD parts but haven't gotten a response in a week.

I've emailed about gun smithing and never gotten a reply. Always received what I order though.

The AR lower I bought from them is out of spec. The barrel and muzzle brake is great though.

I have ordered several times and they ship the same day most of the time. VERY quick. I have never sent an inquiry though. They aren't a huge outfit. Maybe a phone call would work best?

Their communication has (from my experience) has always been lackluster, however I have always received the parts ordered in a timely manner and in good condition. I wish they had some better specs on their website rather then just lengthy descriptions of some of their own items... I'm trying to build a lightweight 10/22 and want to know the weight of their receivers.

I've had good luck with them. I'm still analogue though, as I use the phone and always get someone on the other end.

I've tricked out my 10/22's from their selection of parts, and also had an action job on my 1911. Very satisfied.

Might be the rare guy but not everyone can be on the satisfied list.
Totally bad experience with them on my conversations and order , got a thread started a while back about it - but I might be that one dentist in that saying :)

I've had good dealings with them, I would drop in and pick up 1911 parts. Best to actually call than email, there's usually someone in the front office so physically calling them is the way to go, at least that's my experience.

Last time i tried to call it had to be between certain hours. Phoned and talked once to see if the could do a
custom length 10/22 barrel and was told yes. Called back a few days later to order and was rudely given
a song and dance about FRT# etc. Not helpful at all.

I've ordered stock parts no problem from their website.

It seems they think highly of themselves to the point where customer service is secondary. I guess they
have enough work and money flow that we are not worthy of their interest.

YMMV

i think where the problem is is that they are a metal shop and gunsmith shop FIRST.
having someone run their email and phone take a distant 2nd.

ive never had a problem ordering anything from them, stuff has always shipped the same day.
and i have ordered a LOT of stuff from them over the years.

on the couple occasions i had to talk to them i found it was more of a language barrier than anything.
but they did bend over backwards and go way out of their way to try to help me fix a problem i had made (on parts that where not even theirs!)

so ive got nothing but good stuff to say about them and their stuff, always been top shelf stuff and good service for me.

They're from Czech Republic so their English isn't perfect. Its either they miss understood what you were saying or you miss understood what they were saying.

Last time i ordered, i write an email to ask a question, never had a response, i tried twice !No more for me.

Works for me. They got back to me via Facebook message today. As long as I get what I order and the service is good on that end, I'm happy.

I don't think they like being asked "When are you going to have XX back in stock?"

Every other communication I've ever had with them has been good, and everything I've ordered from them I've received in a timely manner. But it's true that a lot of the cool stuff on their website, including Kidd parts for building a custom 10/22, are often "Sold Out" and they simply won't tell you when it'll be back.

Got my grenade launcher in 5 days. They answered my e-mails and such promptly. I e-mailed them this morning, but I don't expect an instantaneous response. They were great to deal with. This was as recent as 2 weeks ago.

I had them build me a DAR22 with lots of options and upgrades. They were quite frustrating to deal with. The guy I talked to was not too interested in helping me navigate the options and figure out what was actually in stock. I ended up making the best choices I could and absolutely love the rifle. It works flawlessly, way more accurate than I expected for a sport chamber. It will even cycle subsonic ammo with the standard weight spring. So I guess it was worth dearly with the lack lustre sales support.
