Seriously, been waiting on a Ruger 22 barrel since it was ordered on Dec 26. Called 3 times in the last 2 months and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. Yesterday I was told end of next week for the compensator to be done, then it and the barrel shipped together. I understand taking time off for Shot show and holidays but this is ridiculous. I also want to support Canadian companies but will not likely order from Dlask again. Not impressed!

2 months would be 5 days in December and the month of Janaury. Shame on the Dlask for taking time off at Christmas.
They may have a online site, but gunsmithing is a 19-20th century type industry and it takes time to do things. To save you further heartache, I suggest you take up gunsmithing and do it yourself, because there is a shortage of good gunsmiths and most have a backlog of orders to and repairs to do. Otherwise you will drive yourself and us crazy.

The holidays are a busy time of the year. Even if he shipped the parts the moment you ordered there would still be a big delay in delivery due to holiday mail. I think the only thing you might be able to complain about is being given a time frame for delivery and it taking much longer than that. However, you cannot expect a lone gunsmith to work 7/365.

Some guys are touchy on their beloved suppliers. Say someone had a brand new DAR 701 that won't cycle properly. How is Dlask with customer support these days?
Nah. I ordered last Saturday and it still says pending online. I'm not going to pester him with phone calls or emails. They'll get to it when they get to it and it will probably go much faster if everyone just left them alone and waited patiently.
Every time I ordered from them I never did get a "shipped" notification. It just showed up in my mail box or a call from the post master saying come and pick up your toys
Excellent news! For all I know my stuff has already shipped then. Fabsports seems to use the same online account system as Dlask...so maybe my order from them is out the door too.
Not sure about your order from Fabrice .. I got a email from him saying his shipping service or software is down and nothing will ship till next week.

lolOnly that orders placed between the 8th and 20th won't ship until the 21st at the earliest. Prior orders may still ship during that time period if I understand correctly.
The problem is Dlask is swamped with work... thats what happens when you make a good product at a reasonable price. Don't worry Joe has alot of integrity and treats his customers well .... if it requires a bit of a wait, it will be worth it... here is a pic of a couple DAR22's with Dlask 12.5" barrels;
