Dlask/ATR Piston Upper?

Anyone know if Dlask, ATR or perhaps another Canadian manufacturer has any plans for putting out a piston upper or conversion for the AR platform?

Before the DI fans start throwing logs on the flame it doesn't matter why, just useful info on whether or not anything is currently in the works...

If you go piston, your WAY better with a dedicated upper -- perferably one with steel bolt rails designed from the ground up...

lets see a piston upper uses escaping gas to drive a piston back which resets the action..

The normal ar just uses gas....

For 5-10 rounds or recreational use in Canada why would a piston be beneficial? Perhaps my rifles have never been fired to the point of failure. I appreciate the technology (cleaner, cooler etc), but Im trying to understand why I would want one over a standar gas impingement AR?

I also understand how HK "fixed" the problems with the Colt M4 with this development but those are select fire carbines with a long life expectancy... Not sure how that translates to recreational use of an AR for Service rifle or tactical rifle matches???

I hesitate to say much, but there MAY be something forthcoming in the future.
Do not look for anything in this dept for at least a year from us. R&D takes time.
