Anyone have any experience installing Dlask barrel for a Ruger 10/22? Their website states expect to perform some gunsmithing upon installation so I had contacted them to verify what and how much would I expect to have to work on the units, they would not answer me.
Anyone with installation experience kindly provide some simple advice as to how much work am I looking at with the installation of a Dlask 10/22 barrel please.
I am simply looking for a simple re and re project for the 10/22.

You might need to sand the barrel shank to fit in the receiver a bit. You want it tight, but you don't want it TIGHT. You should be able to use the bolt as a slide hammer to remove during fitting. The V block is what keeps the barrel in.

Should be plenty of videos online, fitting 10/22 barrels.

Installed a Dlask barrel on my 10/22 but it would not fit. Close so I heated the action with a hair dryer.
Got it to within 1/4" of fully seated and reheated with the dryer and got it seated.
Probably TIGHT to the extent that if it has to be removed the rifle will have to go to Dlask.
Accurate to the extent it will group 5 shots at 100 yards into 1".
 
Found the barrel to be too large to fit , so ran some crocus cloth around it a bit until I could slide it in. Still a very tight fit , accuracy is fine.
