Hmmm,
Well, I think you are SOL there.
Advent is NOT Dlask.
Even if a former dlask employee is the owner at advent or whatever the situation is.
They may have taken over some of Dlask’s final inventory but they are not responsible for warrantying items sold by Dlask.
Did you not buy these barrels knowing Dlask was going out of business?
Timeline would auggest you knew or ought to have known.
Not sure what you might have expected.

Anyway. There is a relatively easy solution if not a free one. CSC also does chamber polishing but as has been said, your local smith can likely take care of a chamber mod pretty easily.

You can also try ammo that specs out smaller.

My local smith is beyound useless and good luck with a simple polishing aintngonna work to gonfrom match to sammi spec see thats what iam worried about i asked advent arms to contact dlask and find out what brand and spec of reamer he uses for his proper sporter chamber so i can source one and do the job myself then i know its done properly by someone competent being myself and no i was unaware dlask was going out of bussiness but with work lreceived its no wonder he closed up shop

I dont want these fixed to my spec i wwant these brought to sammi spec like what i paid for to begin with peoples dont realize that by the time Iam done with these damn things to make them maybe be usable thats right maybe be usable i could have simply ordered a kidd charger barrel and had no bull#### to deal with

I’ve been happy with all of my dlask parts and bits over quite a few years. Everything very well made and he earned a pretty good reputation as far as I know.

If you can ream your own chambers, do u really need them to tell you what reamer they used? Its a 22 sporter your after. It’s not rocket science.
 
I wonder if the reamer was at the end if it life? Thus cutting short? Or damaged?

Had that happen with a Dlask barrel that had to send back. Looked like it was done with rocks and cork screw.

Should be a easy fix with another reamer.

I feel your pain man , bought a dlask 870 barrel January of this year , came with the mag cap detent out of spec so the only thing holding it on is me cranking it down with a screwdriver , sent 3 emails with no response to try and get a replacement or refund with no response and now their closed so now I’m left with a $400 barrel I don’t trust using unless I can get the detent moved or the entire lug replaced

It's infuriating that he would leave a customer like this. I've also been burnt.

It is but oh well not much can be done about it now unfortunately, thankfully I was able to solve my problem with a mcs mag cap I picked up off here from someone that reached out since it has a larger detent surface area but regardless it should still be able to work with oem spec parts
