DLASK Custom DAR-22 Review and testing thread !

This is promising. I put a 16.5" Dlask bbl on my 10/22 this year, along with a Magpul X22 I've had for a couple years. Its had factory sporter barrels, a Tacsol and now the Dlask. It never shot good. This summer I was shooting CCI SV and got the same 2" groups @ 50 offhand kneeling as I did off sandbags. BTW, the X22 pressure beds. This is how Ruger originally designed the 10/22. If the stock had no flex and the forend pressure was adjustable it would work. Thats why you saw different group sizes with different action torque. Unfortunately the stock isn't rigid enough for any tuning to remain consistent. I'll be changing stocks as funds allow.

Stumbled onto this thread. I have a DAR22 that I've built for ORPS/CRPS with the X22 stock and have hit a wall in accuracy. I've completed the 50yrd challenge with a bolt gun as the OP has, but can't seem to nail it with this setup. Perhaps a new stock is in order...

What ammo are you testing with in this DAR 22?

I’ve shot CCI SV, Eley sport, Eley Club, Eley match, Fed Match, Fed Target.

Eley Match and CCI SV seem to shoot the best, but can’t consistently deliver moa at 50m. I’m hoping warmer weather helps.
