Dlask lowers

I just talked to DLASK on the phone. Well the lady anyway.
She said that there is going to be a price drop on either the stripped lower or the lower parts kit, and to call back on Monday.
Interesting...
Currently Stripped Lower = 288, parts kit = 140....

Any body know anything?
 
when they sell them for $200 then ill buy another one
when you can buy a very well made one for $238 from J hippwell
why would you buy an out of spec lower for more!

Anybody care to speculate as to how long before the eagle arms lowers will be in stock at Wolverine? What about Dlask do they have inventory ready to ship?
 
Dlask lowers are at $250 last I heard.

Thats better considering they have the laser etching in grey rather than the painted white lettering. :wink:

Dlask is easily comparible
 
I don't know forsure that my Dlask lower typical but there is nothing wrong with mine and infact I would say that it is better than many lowers from other makes that I've seen. It is nice and tight but not too tight, no pins or anything fall out of it and it takes mil spec parts just fine. All mags I've tried work in it (haven't tried the plastic ones). I've sold my Armalite and Eaglearms lowers but kept the Dlask, not that there was anything wrong with the others but that there was nothing wrong with the Dlask and it is Canadian and I assembled the parts for it myself so I wanted to keep it.
 
I figure if the lower was made on a monday or a friday would determine the effectivness of the quality control staff of any factory!! I have tried a few different types and I found Colt to not be quite what I expected!! Although I have shot other Colts that have been fine but no better than any other. Dlask makes a nice rifle but they will have quirks like any other. I still want one of those DAR rifles.Too bad he stopped making those 9mm versions.
