Just ordered my new Kidd Trigger assembly (finally) and I’m looking to drop it in to my Dlask receiver. Any quirks or adjustments I need to make upon installation, coming from people who own both?

i had no issues when i put a Kidd 2 stage into my Dlask build.
i even picked up the Kidd counter sunk threaded bolts and had no problem installing those into my Dlask build.
you should have no issues.

In this trigger test I switch 8 different triggers in and out with no adjustments or modifications required:

Great info! Thanks!

Kidd make some nice trigger components, I got a drop in trigger kit. Great fit and finish & a 1.75 pound pull on my 10/22.
I love my KIDD 20 inch Stainless heavy barrel as well.

Although i would be very curious to try both, I would not be able to do a direct comparison anymore as several of the triggers in the test have since found new homes.

There is no comparison for the kidd vs bx trigger. Almost zero overtravel on the kidd and I’d say half the trigger pull weight. As well it has as the aluminum housing. Super nice unit.

I think it would have been quite useful to compare the BX to a stock Ruger trigger and a lightly modified Ruger trigger (ie: Dlask $65 trigger job) and to compare the Timney to the Kidd Single Stage and Brimstone Tier 1.

Would testing the Bx and Timney the same way you tested the others, then posting your findings against the previous results hold no weight?

I could post the average pull weight and measure the take-up/creep/over-travel but would not be able to compare the triggers on a subjective basis without having the other triggers on hand for back to back comparison.

while i dont own a Kidd Single stage i do own the other 2 and a Kidd 2 Stage and i would speculate that the 3 you mentioned would probably end up being near the same.
thats just what id speculate.
