Any of these still kicking around? These are steel and not aluminum right? To folks that have them, what is your opinion of them? Are parts/mags interchangable with sigs? How is the trigger, accuracy etc. Anyone know of a gun store that might have a used one?

I have heard rumours from this guy who knew this fellow who used to work with somebody, who owned one.... And broke two frames, which were warranty replaced, but the third cracked one wasn't, and apparently the parts were just enough out of spec that buddy couldn't use a sig frame with the other parts.

This is what I have HEARD.

Never seen one, personally.

As the story goes, the Norinco 228 clone is actually the Dlask clone. Someone here said the small parts were made in China, so the Chinese blatantly stole the rest. As far as I know, they were all aluminum, but steel versions were made also, potentially for a CF trial. (As the story goes).

I believe the grooved mags are guided by tangs that prevent SIG mags from being used. I'm not sure though.

I once held one. I loved it and would have bought one except all SIGs are not really southpaw friendly.

First link is dead.

yes he made some steel ones, but very few. Get a real Sig, a stainless one especially.

A buddy of mine had one and a retaining pine holding in the breach block broke while firing. Scary. There was some damage. I have avoided Dlask since and so has he.
