My old man always told me you can't put a price on enjoyment.
The fact you spent 7 years getting to this point (and countless trades, testing, etc...) means your into it for far more than 3G's.
However, the "smiles" per dollar is incalculable.
I suspect the journey was as enjoyable as the fruits of your labor.

It's easy to run up a bill on a build.

Someone asked me how much I was into on my 14" build based on an HP9-1 and the amount was kinda embarrassing......

There are worst ways to waste $$... likes beer, smokes, Netflix subscriptions...

Finally got out to the range today. Sighted in the red dot, and let the slugs fly. Worked excellent with your typical massive fire balls.

Also took out my new purchase from FOC, a TacOrd Nightshift. Years ago i remember lurking a shotgun thread here about recoil and wooden stocks. Very little recoil felt on a wooden stock ( my first shotty with a wooden stock).
The nightshift is really nice, like it better than the nigh####ch i had earlier. Love the retro look with the ventilated rib and bead, reminds me of the Browning auto 5 my dad had back in the day.

Excellent to shoot, light recoil and smooth action. Mine even came with the receiver was drilled and tapped for a rail, a option that was not listed on the details of the gun.

Very happy with the purchase.

Exactly what i thought when i saw them. Some retro mods coming. Chrome bolt, polished load gate and police wood.
