Do 15in grizzly mag's come with stock and pistol grip?

I don't see why it couldn't, as the guns are meant to accept pretty much any stock for the 870.

You just have to buy the stock separately from somewhere else. I just bought a knoxx telescoping stock with pistol grip and will install it on my 15" Grizzly once it arrives.
