Our club donated an arial assault thrower. I don't have an assembly drawing and can't find one on line.

One of the problems is the motor to load the arm to throwing position . I gives a grinding sound and will not bring the arm back. there is a set screw with lock nut on it. I was wondering if it is a clutch adjustment.

The other issue is the shaft assemble with the arm . It has spacers stack in it and they don't look correct. I was wondering if anyone has pictures of this area.

Any help would be great . Joe

I think maybe youtube is your friend ...

I have one of them. The grinding sound happens when the battery is weak, try and charge it up or try another one.

Mine breaks birds. When they drop down there is a half inch gap between the bird and the arm, so the arm just breaks the bird.

Mines the red one, not sure what you mean by spacers on the main shaft, I`ll have to go look at mine, it`s -28 out though.
