Do alot of people take the black badge and never shoot?

Uhhh...sure!!

But I need to know more on rules and regs to set something up.

We certainly have the range space but getting matches cleared through range control could be a bugger

Im surpised they have OKd my 'Hotel Beirut' match at the end of the month
