I have a 3x9x40 AO IR and purchased another model as a gift for my bro. Great scopes. You can call them from their posted phone number off their website and can purchase directly from them as they are licensed to ship directly to your home address no problems. I did about a year ago.
You will just have to pay Canadian duty. Their warranty is excelent also, they really stand behind their products.
