If a Led Sled was good for accuracy, then Benchrest guys would use them. All I’ve ever used was hunting bullets an a Led Sled.
Maybe try a proper front rest, rear bag and apply some marksmanship to the problem?

My rcbs 10-10 and 5-0-5 both register a single stick powder kernel that I trickle on there so I don't think there is an order of magnitude more consistency with an auto trickler possible, perhaps compared to a lee safety scale..Surely you jest? The Autotrickler will be an order of magnitude more consistent than a beam scale.
Yes, I corrected that in a previous post. I had another rogue that came with a target with a three shot 3/4 group target using HornadyprecisionI think a bit of googling may have solved this…maybe not but seems like something to consider.View attachment 1173636

Time saving; absolutely.
Gotcha, missed that sorry.Yes, I corrected that in a previous post. I had another rogue that came with a target with a three shot 3/4 group target using Hornadyprecision
This rifle did not come with a target showing the three shot group
Yes you can... cut a kernel...I just tried my new FX scale and compared my beam scales.beam scales were a couple of kernels +\-
The digital scale was out half a kernel .
I guess I could have split the kernel in half![]()
Jayzus,There’s a 50 meter range close by so I tried her out.
Factoring Hornady 143 precision hunter
Second picture was mid load 7828 Hornady 143 elf-x.
First three were tight last two opened it up.
Odd thing was mid load 7828 called for 2900 fps out of a 26 inch barrel.
I was averaging 3000 fps out of a 20 inch barrel.
Getting an extraction swipe too
Also, I was using bags and I adjusted the Bix n Andy trigger to just a touch over 1 lb.
She’s touchy![]()
Yes,I hate to admit it but that’s probably the issue.Match bullets are not required but possibly your loading could use improvement, but I suspect you are not capable of shooting one half moa.
NOT quite right... a sled can he very accurate. Benchrest shooters don't use them because sleds are not allowed to be used.If a Led Sled was good for accuracy, then Benchrest guys would use them.![]()
Try the 156 berger eol with h1000 and load them up close to rifling. They’re really accurate out a long ways and they carry their energy further than most others. I’ve shot them out to a km and making repeated hits on a 1 moa plate from my hunting rifle. I have a few friends shooting them too.The second group of Hornady measures. 9 MOA, maybe I’ll play around with that.
Also got some Berger and Hornady CX to try.
Maybe switch up the primers too.
Like I mentioned already,I had a cheap Winchester XPR that grouped better than this and much easier to find a load it liked.
Realistically if I can get this to group under an inch I’d be satisfied as it’s only a hunting rifle.
The 1/2 Minute is out the window lol
