Do CTAR-21 ever pop up for sale sometimes? I like the TAR-21 but since I live in Quebec and they need to be registered anyway, I feel like I might as well look a CTAR.

The TAR-21 is banned in Canada. We get the Tavor21 (now discontinued) and X95.

The TAR-21 is the full auto version. The semi-auto commercial version is called the Tavor21 (It's even stamped Tavor21 on the receiver).

Thanks for clarifying. Fully automatic weapons are prohibited anyway. I was obviously referring to the semi-auto version. Besides I've never seen anyone call it a CTavor21

You could get the restricted barrel assembly through North sylva at one point back when all Tavor stuff came from Israel. Reckon you still could since it all comes from IWI US now.
