I just got her blessing to go out this weekend and buy myself a new rifle. :D Granted, it would have happened anyways, but...:p

But I have to use our line of credit to do it. However, I will be leaving a few whereever I end up buying it from on consignment. And once they sell, it will go back on there. But, I get a shiny new rifle sooner than later! :D

Now I still have to decide just what to get. Yup, I have the coolest wife in the World. :D

Don't use your good fortune all at once.....show her an "expensive" one you "want" to buy, then buy the one you want (which will be cheaper)....buy her something nice too and say "I decided I could make do with this rifle instead of the really nice one I planned to buy so I could get you something too.........think that scores points???? Yes lad it does.

Folks, we have a genius =)

Brilliant plan! lol. :p

Well, we all know who wears the pant in your household. She probably reads all your Gunnutz posts when you leave the house. Just like my wife does.
They are smarter than the average gunnut. Do you have your new rifle picked out yet? What is on your to buy list? Have fun shopping! Tikka.

My wife has decided to get her RPAL, just so she can take possession of "her" 1911, and AR15.

Also, after repeated warnings she convinced me that she had to shoot the 45-70 (350's @ 2100). I wish I had video.

Cool... but I may have ya beat.

I often pick up as many as a half dozen rifles/month!

I just spent 10 days griz hunting, am heading up for salmon for a few days in July, have 12 days booked for sheep hunting in August and another 14 day fly in trip 2 weeks later for caribou and goat, and nary a word!

We haven't even discussed Nov Mulies yet... not too worried though (grin).

She is a wicked cook, awesome mother, and damn hot too!

One day she even showed up with a new rangefinder for me... no special occasion, just remembered that I liked that model!

Yup....she's a keeper!

You spend alot of nights on the couch, don't you? :p

Well, we did have ### on the couch this evening, before dinner, and then went upstairs after dinner for more ###.

Poor little thing is worn out, and she is gently slumbering, while I chat on the internet...;)
