Do I have the new auto ATT?

I figure guys in this forum would know. I haven’t really gone out shooting any restricted for a long time. Anyways, as I understand it , if I purchased a pistol after these auto ATT rules I should have the new conditions? I have bought two or three pistols since these rules came a few years ago.

So am I allowed to take it to the range? Or to a shop for appraisal?

Or do I need to call in and get an ATT still? I have sold one or two as well and always called in for ATT for the post office.
 
I'd say you are good to go for the range etc. You still need to get a STATT to take a sold gun to the post office as it is no longer registered to you at that point.
 
Haha yes the title is misleading, auto and new were poor choices.

Ok. I am just going to queue up the law in case I get stopped. I thought I should be covered under those rules but was never told or tried to go anywhere.
 
Your firearms license should say "Standard and non-standard conditions are attached to this license." or "Standard and transport conditions are attached to this license." If it says "Standard conditions are attached to this license." Then you don't have an ATT combined with that license. You're supposed to keep your conditions paper with you while transporting which is stupid. I doubt police know you're supposed to have it since I've meet police that think its okay to shoot a handgun out in the woods as long as it doesn't have a magazine over 10rds.
 
See mine does not have that stuff attached......but i thought it was supposed to be added when you purchased your first restricted after then enacted it? It just says standard conditions.....
 
I ended up with two Rpals .... long story and there is a thread somewhere.... basically if your rpal ends in a 2 for example 0002 you're good to go... now this was just after the new rules but i doubt that changed

To bad I didnt end up with the 12.6 , as I checked that off just for giggles when applying for initial license
 
So I called in for an ATT to a gunshop for an evaluation, and they told me I indeed had the classification attached to my Pal, they had no other reason to reissue my card, so nothing on my card. This is just an FYI.

Mine ends in .0003 and I have ATT conditions attached without having to call in
