Do I need a PAL for a .22 conversion kit for a GLOCK17?

Do I have to show my PAL when I buy an Advantage Arms .22 conversion kit for my G17?

Does anyone know of a supplier in the Lower Mainland?

No. Only for a frame/complete gun.

Which brings up the next question, is there an inexpensive 22 conversion kit for a 1911. The only one I saw was the same price as a great Ruger target Pistol, which makes no sense to me as I would but the second pistol.

I havnt seen a 1911 conversion kit for under $225USD and that was in the US.. Yes, it was the new AA version as well.

Freedom Ventures will have them in the future for the 1911.....but I'm afraid that there is no cheap option for the 1911......that I know off.....
