Do I need an adjustable gas block?

I have a rifle length system and 9.5 OZ BCG (just slightly lighter than the standard 11.5). Do I need to buy an adjustable gas block for this build if I plan on shooting only 55gr 556? My parts kit came with a carbine buffer but I will 100% change that out for a JP Silent buffer.
This rifle is just a pile of parts right now and I'm buying what I need as as I figure that out.
The reason I don't want an adjustable gas block is because I would like a FSB and the adjustable ones are pricey. I also my swap the barrel down the road and no longer have a .625 profile.

I don't see that being a problem, the mass difference is negligible especially for a rifle length gas system. If it seems over gassed you could go with a heavier buffer. I doubt you'll notice a difference at all
