I was nailed on the way out years ago when the US treasury dept started that BS. The Yanks were waiting for me on their side as I approached the boarder. Had no idea about the changes, been doing it for years( all the reloading stuff there is cheaper). I declared it and lost about 400 bucks worth of reloading components.
