LMAO...It says at the end ''remember to use smokeless powder,not black powder''...You can use both in this rifle....My guess would be, the bullet was not seated(far too shallow)...The fact this ML was tested with over 250% of any recommended load to 129,000 PSI, this would be my bet..

I have heard many stories from people who never had any reloading experience that figured they could use there black powder volume measure to measure the smokeless loads for the 10ML. This would end bad as well if someone were to actually do it.
