Do the Dominion Arms short barrel doubles shoot to POA?

We are in the middle of snow storm so I can't visit range. Will shot partern ASAP.

You have never dealt with Rogers Cable. :)

I just got mine!!

I love it, it is very snubby.

It had a lot of brown grease on it. (cosmoline?)
It only took a few minutes with a rag to clean it up though, and it means it was well protected.
The finish is very good, but the barrels are very straight cut, with no bevel.
It definitely has a choke, probably modified, I think I have a measure, so I'll go gauge it now.

Thank you Canam.

Thanks for the test, Looks like the patterns should meld together around 20yds, Which is pretty normal.
Seems to be reasonably tight, Not amazing but somewhat better than Cylinder.
Was this just normal Buckshot or was it Low Recoil?

Also....(Don't tell Claybuster or Win/64 :D ), I tried two-barrel-firing, lots of them, with birdshot.

Can't get a real 2-in-1, all of them are 2 shot burst. Pretty like full-auto burst I did 10 years ago with full-auto rifle, except only 2 shots. Lots lots lots of fun.

I've been trying to get the hammers falling at the same time too. Pretty hard to do, about 1 in 6 seems like they are but till I go Live I have no idea.

Two different points of impact with little or no overlap. You may want to shoot a few at longer range to see if the poi comes together or gets wider?

X2 Thats an awfully open group for 12 yds. The choke is said to be modified. Has anyone actually measured the constriction?

Michaelsabre,

Just to compare, I took my own bad assed gun, a $99 dollar 870 with barrel cut. Should be cylinder? No sights. Target set up at 12 yards. Just shot at center of box. No defined target. 3 quick shots! Got em, might as well use em! :DFirst shot I pulled slight to left:redface: From shooting these loads of 00 in the past I know that nothing hits center but usually have two distinct clumps on each side of center. For the purpose I might use this barrel, I would prefer it to a double.

But 870 doesn't go with cowboy costume :D

I say double is like revolve, kind of old thing. I actually prefer semi-auto shotguns.
