Do you answer any correspondence? 1.5 months

I ordered something November 14th, which was paid in full. It has been processing for 2 months.

I have emailed 3 separate times over a 3.5 week period, none of which were replied to. I have left a voicemail, which was not returned. I have pm'd two of the stores employees over a several week period. I have posted in the forum where the sale was listed. All without a response, except for one PM that said "i will look into it", which was weeks ago.

I am really not too pleased with the lack of response to any of my correspondence. Can you please respond to any of my correspondence to update me on my order.
 
Dealing with the same right now. I just keep trying email and trying to catch him on social media.

And I understand he’s busy and has health issues. I’m not complaining just letting the OP know he’s not alone. I’m going to just keep reaching out until I get a response.

Have replyed to he OP via email on tr missing paxkage from december 3rd.
It looks like it is missing in canada post land..
Will deal with the OP direct.
