Do you Know AR-15s ?

I thoroughly my RRA shorty AR.
For a keeper, any of the following three would be my preferred choice:
1st - Noveske
2nd - Daniel Defense
3rd - LMT
Personally, I've got the LMT cause at the time of my purchase (last March) couldn't find anyone who had new inventory of the first two (new). Good luck shopping and post what you finally end up with. Happy Shooting!!!!
BTW, the importer of LMT is Questar who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Money well spent is something you dont have to spend twice, but even then you still find a dud in the best stuff!!
Case in point I have a average AR no stopages ever, went through my first Carbine shoot competition, my go to Mag which never ever, ever had any type of malfunction, well lets just say their were rounds littered on the ground the first stage.

If a rifle lasts you a lifetime you didn't shoot it enough.
Example- Bushmaster xm15 E2s ... I know these guns are not Nitro Proofed steel and there are 1/9 twist not 1/7 twist as well a 223 chamber not 5.56 etc... How do I know if the extractor,bolt, springs, and this, and that is all "good AR-15" quality??? There are so many to choose from???...LMT, RRA, STAG ARMS( modle 8 pretty cool), SABER, COLT, Bushmater etc ....? I know colt makes the mil stuff but is the ones civilians buy the same quality?

Just to address your Bushmaster facts.
I have an XM-15 E2S. Mine is 1/8 twist 556nato marked heavy barrel. And 556 marked lower. As for the quality of bushmaster, i like mine alot. Very nice fit and finish, Never had a problem with it in a little over 1000rds. Just my two cents, and seeing as its the only AR i own I thought Id chime in.
I am also not one to think that i need a $3000 AR platform rifle that only goes to the range. Which is alot of the brands mentioned in this thread. But thats just me.
