Well I have 4 hundreds rounds in my AR now, Work like a charm. Not a Single feeding issue or problem ,this gun is my favorite. I dream At night I could take in wood for hunting.

I do wonder something though , Dirty brass
95% of range pick up are clean , but my brass are always the dirtiest.

Do I need a Stronger buffer spring ? or heavier buffer ?
Maybe it's normal you tell me

Direct Impingement guns leave brass dirtier than bolt action, or piston guns - looks normal to me.

Looks the same as mine. For that matter all my auto's leave the brass dirty even brass that is only shoulder bumped 1 thou.

What brand of ammo are you shooting?? It could be caused by "dirty" powder (that is a powder that produces more fouling than other brands).

They are reloads , It's a SPR set up for 200m precision shooting

it is probably because you are feeding 223 into 556 chamber. Some 223 tend to be narrower around the neck which allows some of the dirt to blow back.

Piston gun brass is actually usually dirtier as they unlock and extract faster while the cartridge is more pressurized.

However its really not a big deal, look at suppressed brass, thats dirty, piston or DI...
