Do you use .40 magazines in your 9mm?

My M&P 9 will not feed with a 40 mag. Rounds pop right out.

My Glock will work, usually. Not well enough for a match.

I tried CZ and SIG, One worked; one did not. Don't recall which one.

You can load 9mm into .40 HK USP mags, but I found it unreliable so I don't do it.

.40 cal S&W M&P mags did not work in my 9mm. I also tried a Mec-Gar Beretta 96 mag in my Beretta 92 and it did not work. Supposedly factory Beretta mags work best.

Interesting as those are the brand I tried. Didn't work 100% but damn close.

Not sure why it didn't work for chuckbuster, but it works fine for me. I have MP40 with 9mm conversion barrel. both 9mm and 40S&W M&P mags work fine. my 40 mags hold 13 rounds.

I do the same thing with G22 and P226. no problem whatsoever.

I have, and it didn't work.

any one try this with M&P mags?

Sig 320/250 mags work, although when fully loaded, you can hear the top couple rounds "jiggle" if you shake it - does not inspire confidence as far as reliability is concerned.

I have a few Taurus pt101 mags that I bought to try in the pt99, they work but I did have one stand up in the mag.
