We have run a Docter Optic sight on our range shotgun for three years. The gun sees only 00 Buck and slug. The sight was finally broken when a woman dropped the gun on the sight.

They are very durable units. I was less than impressed with the Burris copy. I tried to zero a unit and the mechanism crapped out.

want I want to know if somebody tried it on the slide 38super or any open gun. because Im thinking of starting to shoot modified div. in Ipsc. I had as mentioned before bad experience with Optima.
