Of the 30 mags the WBY shoots the flatest and hitts the hardest, even if only by a bit. Not counting Ultra Mags and other big big ones
The Ultra would have a slight advantage over the others and the 30-378 still more.

.300 WM, 220gr Partition, H1000, F215M Primers W-W brass, 24" barrel - 2858fps
.300 WM, 200gr Partition, H4831, F215 primers, PMC brass, Tikka 695 - 2946 fps
The second load is my friend's, I don't know how long the barrel is.
