Does anybody else do the Rauch Tactical Tenfer coating?

I went to buy a non-res CZ 858 and get it tenfer coated but I'm told Rauch is no longer doing the tenfer coating. Are there any other companies out there doing this or am I out of luck for a tenfer coated 858?

I know about the armour coat stuff, but unfortunately it doesn't protect the bbl or the inside of the receiver from the corrosive ammo.

I sent him my rifle. About a month ago for the treatment so I would guess he is still doing it.

Get the armacoat finish if you need refinishing and take 5 seconds to run a bore snake through your barrel.
 
Is Rauch gone from the board? I can't seem to find him or his threads on here anymore.
 
I think hes still kicking around cgn, just not active on the forums.

He's gone, at least under Rauch Tactical. If you try to search on his user name, nothing comes up. He must have requested it be removed along with all his posts.

I just sent Sean aka Rauch Tactical a pm & an email requesting an update on my rifle.

Anyone have any info?

Last I heard he was waiting to get them back from the outfit dong to actual coating. let's say that was a week ago......or so.....I try to keep in the loop, he has my 858 and my dads, and my dad is no patient so I get asked every second day...lol
 
I'm waiting, too. Thank god I have other rifles. I've almost forgotten that I own a '58.
 
I miss my rifle... Been to the range 3 times in the last two weeks & didn't have it to play with. As long as it's not to much longer... It will be worth it to have the coating & be able to shoot corrosive with a little impunity!

I am going crazy waiting for mine. I just emailed him again today. I emailed him a couple weeks ago and he never responded. But on the 27th of march he told me it would be a couple more weeks.
