Does anybody else have a Pietta .45?

I've had a Pietta .45LC SAA clone for a while now. Put about a couple hundred rounds through it. Would like to know what fellow owners think of their pieces and what particular models they have

I've had one for a couple of years, exactly like yours, and it works great. It's lots of fun to shoot but has shot a bit to the left right from the start, I just learned to compensate.

I own the model in .357 and it shoots to the left also. I have also had a problem with the small safety button coming unscrewed and popping apart.

Love the gun tho...

I had a problem with the base pin being jolted forward after a lot of firing. I found that the retaining screw wasn't sitting right, and I just had to move the pin forward a little bit. Works fine now, and I think mine does shoot to the left also.

Interesting responses. Thanks to those who have posted them. I recently purchased a new Pietta 1873 SAA in .357 mag. Looks and feels great. Beautiful blue and casehardend finish.
Have not yet had it to the range.
I would very much appreciate hearing from more Pietta owners.

With the SAA and all the clones back out all your visible screews a bit and apply blue locktite to them all. The SAA pistols are notorious for having the screws back out. Must have something to do with the guns harmonics.

Take Care
