Looking for something cheaper than throwin SP or Match into the sand pit, but not finding much :(

Oh yeah? Cool, I think I was too slow though, looks like they are not listed on his site anymore.

Been looking too. Found on Wolverine 240 rounds for something like $250, went to get my license, and CC... refreshed the page and they were gone. :( Bought 1,000 .223 instead. Figured I went and got my wallet, why not?
Hopefully, there will be more.

Good score Justin. Way to grab them while you had the chance. Sounds like that would not have stuck around long either!

I meant the .223 sorry man lol wasnt tryin to rub salt in the wound on missin out on the 308s. And no, no luck. I think I am gonna bite the bullet and order some boxes of match ammo for $34-38 a box and cringe as I shoot at the pit.

Your other option is ordering a case of surplus .308 from trade ex for $470. It works out to about $9 a box which is about the price it would cost to reload- plus u don't have to spend countless hours cleaning, prepping, resizing, etc, etc.

outwest, thats true but you cant reload the brass. I would rather have reloadable cases for $9-10 a box.

Dogzilla, maybe they do now. I'll call them again and find out. A couple weeks back they did not. With the way things were looking in the States, not expecting it soon.

I went through the same dilemma a short while back. After checking out the prices from a couple of different sources, I decided I was much better off paying a few cents more per round reloaded and load them with Hornady's 168gr HPBT instead. They are much more accurate in my rifles. I just buy them in 250 count boxes to save a little. :)
