If you shorten the head of the trigger return plunger to about .150-.170 or so, and then re-install the head of the plunger into the cavity first, and then the return spring, and let the spring ride on the back of the trigger shoe instead of the plunger head, you have the advertised trigger pull weight. Also, make sure the "skinny" part of the return plunger does not protrude from the cavity once installed "Head first" into the plunger cavity. In this arrangement, you have just also eliminated the need for an overtravel stop set screw.
