Does anyone have experience building a muzzleloading smokeless rifle?

Just wondering if there's anyone in canada that messes with these. Ideally I'd like to convert a tikka t3 into a 45 caliber muzzleloading rifle. I could do it as blackpowder if need be but would prefer smokeless due to bh209 availability and just general cleanliness.

Thanks. I just spoke to him. Sounds like he knows his stuff. He said it's a no go for the tikka but I am on the lookout for a savage 10/110 now.
