Does anyone have shooting experience with a Fabarm XLR 5?

I found what I thought to be a decent price on a Fabarm XLR 5 recently ($1000) and I wanted to float out the question if anyone has had experience with them? I know very little about the brand and have found that tracking down any info on it has been a little difficult. Like others, I'm looking for a semi-auto 12g. that will work well in the field and on the range, but I don't know whether to move on it or not because I don't know much about it. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Go to the shotgun world website, you'll find quite abit of info. ALOT of mixed reviews with their line-up. I've thought of buying one as well, but they seem to be having too many scattered issues for my liking.

I own 2 an XLR5 and a elos over under. Both guns have run flawlessly although the xlr will complain on light loads in -10 weather.
Their choke system works really well delivering tight patterns, actually their improved modified seems more like a full choke. For what its worth I also own benellis and a beretta A-400 the fabarm compares favorably with either especially considering the price.
