Does anyone in Canada carry Seekins rings and bases

Good question. I haven't had much luck in finding anyone. I emailed Seekins in the past and Glen responded that they couldn't ship to Canada at the time. He also wrote that he was looking for a way to distribute in Canada.

They make very good rings and bases (from what I hear). If they were available I would buy.
