it's a holster for a rifle bolt so your bolts aren't banging around loose if you have them out of the rifle/transport/matches etc

omly ever seen them from Sinclair International who will ship to Canada....
maybe some of the F-class types on here know a Canuck source take the spaces out of the www link below

That said, take your bolt with you and hit up the surplus stores.
