Does anyone know the approx value of a cil Anschutz 180?

Depends on what sights are on them. Lots of abused ones out there that have been ridden hard and put away wet. I’ve seen them without sights for $200 up to really clean ones at $500 with the better sights. Over that and you get into Model 190 money.

I’d say $350-$450 is fair if the peep sights are there.

Bit it’s all about condition
 
Prices for CIL Anschutz 180 rifles have varied over the last two or three years, mostly depending on condition and completeness. Those that have been under $400, with one or two exceptions, have been modified (e.g. shortened butt stock) or have missing parts, including sights. In general, asking prices during this period have been from $450 to a high of $600, although it's doubtful that the high end is near realisitic.
 
I've bought and sold four in the last couple of years.

Excellent condition with the better target sights, $400-$500,
Same but with the lower quality target sights, $300-$400,
No target sights (barrel sights or no sights at all, $200-$300, depending on condition.
