Does anyone know?

just to let all know..the above can had the crap burnt out of the inside of it with a big tiger torch,prior to using it..
also to aid in the clean up of the mess the next day;)..i took it all to a do it yourself car wash..
a small hole was poked about half way up the can,to allow the cable of a cheap digital thermometer that was used,it was inserted deep in the breast of the turkey,then set at a temp of 180;)
 
dumbdawg and i were the chefs at my daughters beast feast party this weekend..20 lb turkey with a 5 lb venison roast above it.. these were togeather in the can,with a big smoked ham on the outside..
the roast took just under an hour to cook,the turkey took about two hours..
all meats were monitored with there own seperate thermometers..

look at the meat set up..kind of looks like ET:D..
