....Casey's Reloading Supplies from Midland, ON?? I bought my Lyman scale and Spar-T press, plus other components and tools from him back in the 70's. He seemed to be a real gentleman to deal with. I also used to buy milsurp rifles from SIR back in those days, and got some really nice rifles for very little money. I got a really nice 1904 Portugese 8x57, all nicely blued, for $40!!

I bought several guns at very reasonable prices when Lovetts went out of business.I also used to buy all of my reloading components from stalkers in Saskatoon.I am sure that some people here used to deal with these businesses.

Yes, Lovett's. Good people to deal with. Thomas Higginson was a real gentleman as well. I read somewhere that the Higginson's supplied a good portion of the explosives that went into building the St. L. Seaway. Now, that would have been a wheelbarrow full or two!!
