Does anyone still make fixed power scopes?

I'm working on building a light weight woods rifle, for the glass on it I want a fixed 2.5 or 3x scope, who still makes scopes in this power range? I've found 4 power scopes easy enough as well as 6 but that's more then I really want.

Burris makes a scout scope in 2.75 i think

Might want to look into AR style scopes for that magnification

Why a fixed power? Not that I don't like them, I have 6 of them (1-2.5, 3-4x, 1-6x, 1-15x), but there are some fine, small/lighweight variables out there. The Leupold VXII 2x7 or VXII 1x4 are both scopes that would be perfect for here in NB.
