Wondering if any manufacturers still make .25 ACP ammo, and if so, who sells it in Canada?

Where you are matters.
All the U.S. manufacturers load .25 ACP. Firearms in the chambering aren't evil Stateside.
Epp's lists .25 ACP ammo.

I picked up a full box of Lapua .25 acp for my cartridge collection at a gunshow for 4$. It pays to look around a bit.

Buy the cheapest ammo you can since you'll lose at least half of the cases each time you go to the range.
